Çalışmalarımız süresince işinizi veya projenizi inceleyerek, iç süreçlerde inovasyon ve geliştirme noktaları tespit ederiz. Proje Yönetimi Süreçleri Hakkında

1. Başlama Süreci (Giriş ve Sözleşme)

Projenin resmi olarak başlatılması sürecidir. Projeyi yürütecek taraflar birbirlerini yakından tanımaya başlamalıdırlar, o sebepten bu kademe (faz) için anahtar kelime ‘açıklık’ tır. Sözleşme detayları, kullanılacak yöntemler, son ürünler ve beklenen sonuçlar listelenmelidir. Bunlara ek olarak ise proje zaman tablosu, finansal detaylar, ve efor dağılımı da tartışılarak açıklığa kavuşturulmalıdır. Taraflarca ortaklaşa belirlenmiş tüm kriterler sözlemeye ve Proje Chater’ına eklenir. Tüm çalışmalarda gizlilik sözleşmesi karşılıklı eklenir. Bu süreç için gereken temel girdi “Başlama Kararıdır”, temel çıktı ise “Proje Charter”ıdır.

2. Planlama Süreci (Keşif ve Analiz)

Planlama sürecinde beklenti ve hedefler incelenir. Dikkat edilmesi gereken, bu kademe başında proje ile ilgili tüm verinin bir araya toplanmasıdır. Bunun içinde hedefler doğrultusunda başarı ölçümlemesine katkı sağlayacabilecek tüm veri kaynakları incelemeye dahil edilmelidir. Bu kademede zaman çok değerlidir, bu yüzden veri derinliği, toplama yöntemleri ile bunların düzenlenme ve analiz zaman tabloları oluşturulmalıdır. Planlama sürecinin temel girdisi proje charter’ı, temel çıktısı ise proje planıdır.

3. Yürütme Süreci (Kenetlenme ve Uygulama)

Planın uygulanma sürecidir. Kısaca bu kademe önceki kademde toplanan verilerin analizi sonuçlarının masaya yatırılması sürecidir. Proje planı dahilinde tanımlanmış iş listesi tamamlanır.

4. İzleme ve Kontrol Süreçleri (Test ve Güçlendirme)

Projenin başlangıcından başlayıp proje kapanışa kadar devam eden bir süreçtir. Projenin belirlenen performans ve kriterlere göre gidip gitmediği bu süreçte kontrol edilir.

5. Kapanış Süreci (Uzatma, Son ya da Genişleme)

Kabul ve sonlanma sürecidir. Yani sözleşmesel olarak projenin tamamlanması ve proje kapanış raporunun hazırlanması aşamalarını içerir. Proje süresince her iki tarafta yeni fikirler yaratmış, ya da ek problemlerintespit etmiş olabilir. Bu yüzden bu aşamada ek çalışmalar gündeme gelebilir ve sözleşme uzatılabilir, genişletilerek yenilenebilir.

Project Management Phase Details

1. Initiation (Scope and Contracting)

It is the process of officially launching the project. The project executives should start to get to know each other closely, so the key word for this step (phase) is ‘openness’. Contract details, methods to be used, end products and expected results should be listed. In addition, project time table, financial details and effort distribution should be discussed and clarified. All the criteria set jointly by the parties are entered into the contract and added to the Project Charter. In all studies, the confidentiality agreement is added mutually. The basic input required for this process is “Start-up Decision“ and the main output is “ Project Charter“ .

2. Planning (Discover and Analyze)

Expectations and targets are examined in the planning process. It should be noted that at the beginning of this stage all the data related to the project is gathered together. Within this scope, all data sources that may contribute to the measurement of success in line with the objectives should be included in the review. Time is very valuable in this stage, so data depth, collection methods and their arrangement and analysis time tables should be created. The main input of the planning process is the project charter, and the main output is the project plan.

3. Execution (Connect and Develop)

The process of implementation of the plan. In short, this is the process of analyzing the results of the analysis of the data collected in the previous stage. The work list defined in the project plan is completed.

4. Monitor & Control (Test and Strengthening)

It is a process starting from the beginning of the project and continuing until the project closes. The processes are controlled according to the decided performance monitoring criteria in phase 2.

5. Closure (Extention or Closure)

It is the process of acceptance and termination. In other words, it includes the stages of the project completion and preparation of the project closing report. It may have created new ideas on both sides during the project or may have identified additional problems. Therefore, at this stage, additional studies may come up and the contract can be extended, renewed and renewed.
