The Beginning

Improvement Office founded as an approach to enable companies to maintain their innovative and competitive levels in the ever changing business world. Founded in 2005 at the University of Cambridge as a research subject. It has been developed as a master thesis and the methods of solution processes of more than 200 consulting and business development firms are examined. All findings were published as ”A Guide to A Consultant” in 2007 as a guide. After the publication of the approach, the Development Office started its operations in Boston, Massachusetts. After the foundation, he focused on testing the projects in different scopes and in different sectors.
